OA SEA Confirms Venue for OLI, Prepares to Train and Raise Leaders
Bangkok - In anticipation to equip the next generation of leaders to spearhead the mission advancement across the region, the venue for the upcoming regional Olivet Leadership Institute training was recently confirmed as Olivet Assembly of Southeast Asia churches resolve to send 120 leaders for the training.
After much time spent on researching suitable venues, the five-day leadership training from June 22nd till 26th is confirmed to be held at Ban Suan Loongyod, Nakhon Nayok Thailand.
Apart from a conference room that fits in 120 leaders and potential leaders who are anticipated to attend the training in addition to food and accommodation, the training venue is surrounded by a beautiful landscape that would serve as a short getaway for OLI participants to chew on the lessons learned during the intensive training.
Additionally, every minister is already preparing for the sermon and Bible lectures. Seeking to expand the scope of mission beyond their current involvement in their local churches, there would be a presentation in regarding the progress and development for the first half of 2018. There will be also a presentation of goals and plans for the next second half of the year.
It is with hope that as preparations continue in the coming weeks, OLI SEA will be a training that not only equips young leaders in fulfilling the Great Commission, but also a platform that unites members all over the region to spur each other onwards for a greater mission breakthrough throughout the year.
