Be the Faithful and Wise Servant to Provide Food at the Proper Time

The new era has come, the Lord guided us to a new time of rest, settlement, and peace. Meditating on the birth of Christ during the last Christmas season, reflecting on the image of humility shown through Him, the ministers and OA representatives are to reflect on His image of servitude.

Christ clearly stated in Matthew 20:28 “just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” Remembering these words may we be wise, faithful stewards who work for the Kingdom, not those who are fit only for destruction.

By living in obedience through prayers and be in readiness, not passive, to seek again with an empty and poor heart, seeking for the Lord’s mercy and tend the flock and live following the amazing love of the Lord laying down even his life as a ransom.

In Matthew 24:45 “Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom his master has set over his household, to give them their food at the proper time?” It is clearly addressed to the disciples to those who are following in their steps in the ministry of feeding and shepherding the church of Jesus Christ.

Seeing the new mission world map unfolding by God, who is the master of history, with the Lord leading the history together, we have been invited by the master placed as servants in charge. Let us be the faithful and wise servant to provide others their food at the proper time so that we may be blessed with even greater blessings.
