By the grace of God, the Philippines will hold a national Easter retreat in Manila expecting to gather at least 120 people.
The leaders are now cooperating on the preparation time from organizing the schedule, lecture files, designs, invitations, and the material will be used. The Cebu leaders were invited to come to Manila and expected to come the following days.
Leader Ruth shared, “After months of waiting to hold a gathering. The unpredictable several lockdowns were being imposed. The situation may look so hopeless but we believe that nothing can stop us from sharing the good news. We still have limited time to do activities outside and need to follow the protocols of the officials but just like what the Lord did with Apostle Peter when He released him in the prison. God will protect us and He will make a way to make these things possible.”
The theme of the retreat is confirmed and taken from John 20:26 “Peace be with you” and will start on March 31 until April 4. Pray for Philippines through this retreat many will be touched and commit themselves to the Lord.
