This year, Easter will be different for us, but the meaning of Jesus’ resurrection remains even deeper in our hearts.
The discovery of the risen Christ on the first Easter Day gave disciples new hope and fresh purpose, and we can all take heart from this.
We know that Coronavirus will not overcome us. As dark as death can be — particularly for those suffering with grief — light and life are greater.
At a time like this, the Commission of Christians is even more important. Let us convey God’s unconditional love and consolation to them in pain.
May the Love of the Resurrected Jesus hope be a steady strength for our lives.
“I want to know Christ—yes, to know the power of his resurrection and participation in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, and so, somehow, attaining to the resurrection from the dead. Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already arrived at my goal, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me.” (Philippians 3:10-12)
– From the OA SEA family, we wish you all a blessed Easter!
